Cortelazor

Cortelazor is a stunningly beautiful village with a population of 300 people and is located in one of the most culturally rich hills and archaeological sites of all Andalusia, the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche nature park, and is recognized by the European Charter for Sustainable Tourism .

Its more than 600 miles of trails, some pre dating Roman times, make this area in the foothills of the Sierra Morena, one of the top choices for nature lovers. The local people are deeply rooted in tradition with many fiestas, romarias and a long tradition of flamenco music and dance.
