Living Room, Rural House in Huelva The Pope with the stain glass church windows

the great hall

The main living room has oak panelling dating from 1931, a Victorian fireplace, cast iron radiators and Victorian mosaic floors. It has three spectacular stained glass windows which came from the church of Saint Joseph in Rosewell which was sadly demolished in the late 1990, and was blessed by Pope John Plablo II during his visit to Scotland in 1982. The owner of the company that was responsible for the sad demolition of this historic building, kept the toilet attached to the sacristy because apparently His Holiness also visited it. Wait for the third image where you can see the windows in their original location.
